Policies, Rules and Regulations
All reservations require a 2-night minimum, except holiday weekends. Memorial weekend 3 nights minimum. July 4th weekend 3 night minimum. Labor Day is a 3-night minimum.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Any site with obtrusive noise of any kind will be asked to leave without a refund.
Camping is an outdoor experience; therefore, we do not give refunds due to weather.
Sorry, no check ins after store closes.
Quiet hours are 11 pm - 8 am - there are no fires allowed during this time.
Speed Limit is 5 1/2 miles per hour.
Site requests taken but not guaranteed. Site request fee of $25 can be paid on reservations with a minimum of 4 weeks.
Credits that are issued will be valid until the end of the next camping season and be subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.
All cabin and park model rentals require full payment one month prior to arrival.
Any changes to your campsite reservation must be made two weeks prior to the date of arrival.
There is a $5.00 re-booking fee for any changes made to a reservation.
Any changes to a monthly reservation or any rental unit reservation requires a one-month notice.
Campsite check in is at 12 noon. Rental unit check in is at 3 PM.
Campsite and rental unit check out is at 11 AM.
An early arrival or 6 PM departure rate is available, provided the site has not been reserved.
Cable TV at most hookup sites at no additional fee.
All Sewer/Water/Electric sites have 30/50-amp power.
If you are using tents or an older popup, you will need an adapter to plug in any household appliances (i.e., razors, radios, alarm clocks, etc.)
Sorry, no pull through sites.
Two night and holiday reservation require payment in full. All others 25% of total or $100 minimum. If booked online, the deposit will be the first two nights paid in full plus the $5 reserve fee.
