Rates are based on 2 specified adults and 2 children/grandchildren under the age of 18.
$7,680.00 + Electric (Metered Monthly)
Full hook-up site also includes cable TV, sewer, water, leaf removal, and winter storage of the unit.
Additional fees:
One Time Administrative Fee - $150
Background Check - $75 per couple
Season Guest Fee - $150.00 per person
Interchangeable Guest Fee - $200.00 per pass
Guests - $15.00 per person per night - all ages
Additional Parking Needs - $130.00 + tax per item
Payment Options:
$1,000.00 deposit due November 1st, 2023 or upon signing & the balance by April 1st, 2024. Payments are by cash, check, or credit cards.
Additional Information:
Minimum deposit to hold the site for the following season is $1000.00 non-refundable payment due by December 1st, 2023 or upon signing.
Final bills for the 2023 season are due on or before December 15th, 2023.
Site agreements, 2024 deposit, and all existing 2023 season balances are due December 1st, 2023 or upon signing. Proof of current insurance and pet vaccination records are all due by April 1st, 2024.
No admittance to your site is allowed until all payments are made (including past due balances and late fees), current contract is submitted and insurance is current. All pets at site must have current vaccination records and proof of vaccination must be submitted to office.
You will be assessed late fees based on unpaid balances as stated on Seasonal Contract.
