2025 Annual Fees
April 1st 2025 - October 26th 2025
$7,992.00 + Electric (Metered Monthly)
Includes 2 adults and 2 children under 18.
Administrative Fee - $150
Background Check - $75/couple
Season Guest Fee - $150per person
Interchangeable Guest Fee - $200 per pass
Guest - $10 per person per night
Additional Parking - $130 + tax per item

Additional Annual Information
- Nonrefundable minimum deposit of $1,000 due by November 1st 2025.
- Final bills for the 2025 season are due on or before November 1st 2025.
- Annual Contract, 2026 deposit, and all existing 2025 balances are due by November 1st 2025 or upon signing.
- Proof of valid insurance and pet vaccination records are all due by April 1st, 2026 or upon signing.
- Admittance to your site is not allowed until all past due and current payments are paid. You will be assessed late fees based on unpaid balances.

2025 Open Annual Sites
Full hook-up sites with 30/50 amp service, cable TV, sewer, water, electric*, leaf removal, and winter storage of the unit.

Open seasonal sites are subject to availability based on unit age, type, and size. Units must be 10 years or newer, with management approval.
