2026 Annual Information
Make Whippoorwill your summer home! Nestled in the woods and only 3 miles from OCNJ, your summer home is waiting for you! We are currently taking deposits for the upcoming 2026 season!
Annual sites are full hookup sites with 30/50 amp electric service, sewer, water, electric*, cable-TV, winter leaf removal, winter storage on site, and includes two adults & two children under 18.
Annual Fees & Pricing
2026 Season: $8,400.00 + Electric*
Background Check (Couple): $75.00
Processing Fee: $150-$300
Additional Guest Fees
Nightly Fee: $10/guest per night
Seasonal Fee: $150/per person
Interchangeable Fee: $200/per pass
Annual Information & Payment Due Dates
Nonrefundable deposit of $1,000.00 due by November 1st 2025, or upon signing.
2025 final bills are due by November 1st 2025. All 2025 balances must be paid renewing for next season.
2026/27 Term annual contract is due by November 1st 2025, or upon signing.
Remaining 2026 balances are due by April 1st 2026.
Proof of valid insurance and pet vaccinations are due upon receiving.
Admittance to your site is not allowed until all past due and current balances are paid. There will be assessed late fees based on unpaid balances.
