2024 Campsite Rates

The following rates are valid only for the 2024 season.

Rates are based on 2 adults & 2 children.

Each site comes with a picnic table and fire ring.

April/May/June/Sept/Oct: Starting at $74 per night.

July/August/Holidays: Starting at $94 per night.

Non-Holidays - 2 Night Minimum

Holidays - 3 Night Minimum

7 Night Minimum to Book a Specific Site - $25 Fee.

Additional Charges:

Children 17 & under with parents, $3.00 per child per day.

Adults $15.00 per person per day.

Guests $15.00 per person, ALL AGES.

Guest fees include staying the night and access to all facilities, including the pool.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the case of multiple sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each site that is cancelled or changed.

  • No refunds will be issued for early check-out.

  • RV campsites: We allow full refunds for cancellations up to 2 days prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations.

  • Rental accommodations: We allow full refunds for cancellations 7 days prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations.&

  • Daily and weekly reservations: For cancellations received less than the required notice period prior to arrival, your deposit will be forfeited up to one night rack rate.

  • Extended stays: For long-term reservations (28 days or longer), we allow full refunds for cancellations up to 60 days prior to your arrival date. For cancellations received less than the required notice period prior to arrival, the deposit amount will be held on account for a future stay.

WE ARE PET FRIENDLY!

We just ask that you follow a few rules. Please make sure that your fuzzy friends are vaccinated, non-excessive barkers, keep them on a leash, and please pick up after them.

All guests and seasonal residents must submit proof of vaccination for all pets.
